Pregnant socialite Nicole Richie has moved in with her boyfriend Joel Madden in preparation for the arrival of their child. Nicole, 26, is due to give birth this month and has moved her belongings into the Good Charlotte frontman's home.
"Nicole sold her West Hollywood condo," a source told PerezHilton.com. "She and Joel are living full-time at his place now."
Nicole sold her West Hollywood apartment for $2.25 million, almost doubling her money on the 2,246-square-foot, two bedroom, 10th-floor unit in the Empire West building. She paid $1.18 million for it back in 2005.
It was also reported that Nicole's adopted dad Lionel Richie bought the expectant mother a $1.2 million town house as a surprise.
Nicole and Joel are also said to be looking at other properties in LA and downtown Manhattan.
