Kevin Federline’s lawyer asks that Britney Spears pay his attorney’s fees

Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan has reportedly asked a court to make Britney Spears pay his attorney's fees.

Kaplan has supposedly filed a motion asking the LA Superior Court to make Spears pay his fees that amount to over half a million dollars.

It is believed that the court has already awarded Kaplan $120,000 for fees earned between 30 July and 8 October 2007.

In today's (29 January) motion, Kaplan is allegedly asking for fees in excess of $300,000, for his work between 8 October and 24 January 2008.

Kaplan has also reportedly asked for over $100,000 for fees he will receive until the end of the custody trial, which is set for April.

A hearing regarding Kaplan's request is scheduled for 10 March.
