Aging Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone is set to make a fifth 'Rambo' movie.
The 61-year-old actor has reportedly been given the go ahead to shoot another movie about the muscle-bound war veteran after the franchise's fourth installment 'Rambo' took an impressive $18.2 million at the US box office last weekend.
Studio boss Harvey Weinstein said: "We're planning another adventure for Rambo. He's been to Vietnam, Afghanistan and Myanmar in the last three movies so we're bringing him back to the US."
Film bosses are said to be keen to move forward with the new project before Stallone is too old to cope with the tough action scenes.
An insider said: "Sly is 61. He can't be an action hero forever."
The current 'Rambo' is the first film in the series since 1988's 'Rambo III'.
The film, which Sylvester directs and stars in, sees the character of Rambo taking a group of mercenaries into war torn Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, in search of missing Christian aid workers.
It has set a new record for on screen deaths in a movie, with 236 people killed during its relatively short 93-minute running time.
