Music mogul Simon Cowell took the opportunity to try "Scotland's favorite drink" - Irn-Bru, during his trip to Glasgow whilst filming TV talent contest Britain's Got Talent earlier this week. The 48-year-old American Idol and X Factor judge - who was in town with fellow judges Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden to audition hopeful Scots for the second series of ITV show Britain's Got Talent, requested two cases of Irn-Bru for his room and even asked how to get some of it shipped to his L.A. home.
Whether or not Simon was impressed with the rest of Scotland's talent remains to be seen, but a spokesperson for A.G Barr, the company that makes the sweet orange beverage, said, "Simon is someone with great taste and knows talent when he sees it."
