British supermodel Kate Moss has congratulated Lily Allen on her pregnancy by sending the pint-sized singer a a dozen red roses and a book on pregnancy when she first heard Lily's news. According to reports, Moss, 33, wanted to congratulate Lily – whose New Look fashion range competes with her Topshop collection – and put an end to their bickering.
An insider told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Kate heard about Lily and thought she would send her the same book she had read when pregnant with her daughter Lila Grace in 2002."
"She also sent the flowers – all just to call it a truce as she is thrilled for Lily."
The 22-year-old 'Smile' singer - who went for her first check-up yesterday - is dating 37-year-old Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.
Lily's already said to be looking for suitable state schools for her unborn child.
