Illusionist David Copperfield has secretly fathered two children with a stunning Czech model, it has been claimed. Us tabloid The National Enquirer alleges the 51 year-old magician is the father of two children with the leggy brunette half his age.
The shocking news comes as a US grand jury continues to investigate rape allegations made against him by a Seattle woman.
And the Enquirer claims the mother of Copperfield's secret children is stunning Marie Petlickova.
The 25 year-old brown eyed beauty herself confirmed that Copperfield did father her two children.
When the Enquirer contacted Copperfield's representatives about the story, they received a letter from Marie's Las Vegas attorney stating: "David is a wonderful, loving and caring father.
"Please respect our privacy."
Marie reportedly raises the two children out of the public eye after moving to Las Vegas. She lives with the children and her mother in a Vegas home, bought for her by Copperfield.
The luxury house is valued at more than $1.5 million and sits in the grounds of an exclusive country club.
Public property records reveal the home is owned by David Kotkin LLC - a company controlled by Copperfield whose real name is David Kotkin.
But while Copperfield has provided a home for his secret family he still lives a jet set lifestyle.
A source close to Marie told the Enquirer: "While David Copperfield does his magic shows and acts like a single guy, he actually has two young children with Marie and he's quietly taken responsibility for them.
"Marie has been living with her mother and two children in a home purchased by Copperfield in 2006."
According to reports, 5ft 8in Maria became pregnant with her first child by Copperfield while she was dating Czech TV producer Jan Fulin.
The insider added: "Marie and Jan dated for two years.
"During that time she met Copperfield and got pregnant by him. Despite that she married Jan.
"Jan initially assumed Marie's baby was his and for almost six months he, Marie and the baby lives together like one big happy family."
But all that ended when a DNA test performed in Marie's native Czech Republic confirmed that Copperfield was the father, not Jan.
The source said: "Marie informed Jan that the baby was Copperfield's and also asked him for a divorce so that Copperfield could her and their son to America.
"Jan was deeply hurt and ended up granting Marie the divorce."
Since moving to Vegas, Marie became pregnant again and this time gave birth to a baby girl.
Jan Fullin refused to comment on the story and told the Enquirer: "I do not wish to comment on the case any more. I have moved on."
Now, according to the source, Marie dreams of tying the knot with Copperfield."
The source added: "Marie has two children with Copperfield and wants to geet married.
"Right now she's hoping David's name will be cleared of the rape claims. She knows he's innocent.":
Copperfield is currently being investigated after a 21 year-old woman claimed she was raped by the magician.
The woman told authorities Copperfield forced himself on her at his private $50 million resort in the Bahamas in July 2007.
Since the allegations were made, several other reports have been made of Copperfield allegedly getting staff to pull pretty women out of the audience at his shows and taking them backstage.
