Pop wreck Britney Spears caused chaos at court yet again today - when she arrived but left again almost immediately. Britney arrived at the Los Angeles Superior court in downtown LA just gone 9am in a large black Navigator SUV.
Her ex Kevin Federline was already waiting in the courtroom with his attorneys ready for the hearing on the custody of their two sons and other post divorce issues.
But in typical Britney style she never actually made it inside the courtroom for the hearing.
When the Commissioner asked her attorney if she was coming back, she simply answered: "I don't know whether she'll be here or not."
The attorney then added: "I don't want to delay the hearing."
So K-Fed was sworn in and the media were cleared from the courtroom.
Then just 45 minutes later Britney was seen leaving the court building and driving off without having stepped foot inside Department 88.
Britney's lawyers were in court in a bid to restore visitation in a 'therapeutic setting' as she is currently barred from having any access or visitation rights with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.
