The sex tape that allegedly starred troubled singer Britney Spears has been exposed as a hoax. The 30-minute video, apparently starring the troubled Toxic singer, was reported to have been leaked on the internet.
The footage was said to show a Britney, with a shaved head, performing sex acts on two women and a man, while consuming alcohol, cocaine and marijuana.
But it was all the work of internet pranksters, who added material to a genuine news story about the 26-year-old mother of two.
Plenty of rumors have surfaced before about secret sex tapes starring Britney, but they've all turned out to be fakes.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline is going all out to use the superstar's recent house drama against her in his court battle for custody of their kids.
Britney has already been temporarily banned from seeing her two sons following last week's dramatic three-hour stand-off when she refused to hand them over.
Federline got his lawyer's to launch a legal bid to get the cops, firefighters and paramedics at the scene to give full reports on what they saw - with a legal bid to get them used in the hearing.
The emergency services' staff are expected to eventually be called to give evidence in court hearings.
And insiders insist it will paint an ugly and highly-damaging portrait of a star on the verge of a breakdown.
One insider said: "The will not paint a pretty picture. This could be a crucial turning-point for Britney and her boys."
Insiders say the next hearing in the child custody battle could be "one of the most important days in Britney Spears' life".
