BRITNEY Spears has now been barred from seeing her own kids following her latest meltdown, according to reports.
The troubled pop star, who is reportedly being held in hospital under a special suicide-watch style order, has had all her visitation rights removed.
Ex-husband Kevin Federline now has sole legal and physical custody of one-year-old Jayden James and two-year-old Sean Preston. Spears has temporarily lost all her visitation rights.
A Los Angeles judge made the decision after a special closed-door emergency hearing on Friday. "I'm not happy about any of these events," Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said on his way out of court. "There's no winners here.
"The commissioner on the case has ordered a further hearing on the matter on January 14. It is the latest blow in a long-running downward spiral for the singer.
Spears had lost custody of the children in October after she repeatedly defied court orders. But she shocked the world this week when paramedics removed her from her home in a stretcher.
Police had been called to the address after she apparently refused to hand children Sean Preston and Jayden James back to ex-husband Kevin Federline after a visitation period.
It has now emerged that she is reportedly under a so-called "5150 hold" at a Los Angeles hospital - meaning staff believe there's evidence she is a danger to herself or others.
Kaplan said he went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after Spears was admitted, but he declined to provide any details about the pop star, her ex-husband or their sons.
