Vince Vaughn insists he is still special Friends with ex Jennifer Aniston. Vince, 37, says he still has a "genuine connection" with the 38-year-old Friends star even though they broke up more than a year ago.
"I have such a great friendship with Jennifer," Vince said. "I still talk to her constantly. I have a real, genuine connection with Jen."
When asked by the magazine what went wrong, Vince responded: "People date, and sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn't."
At the time of their split, there were rumours that it was because Vince would not commit - and Aniston was desperate to get married and have kids.
Though he would not talk about the reasons for their split, he readily admits he's not yet ready to settle down.
"I don't run away from [the responsibility of having a family], but I've never been to the point where I've felt like, Wow, this makes sense," he said.

They were never a couple, it was all an ambiguous act for tabloids, to promote the movie. They were friends, that is why they still are friends, nothing changed. The whole romance thing was invented that is why HE HAS TO TALK IN AMBIGUITIES OR GENERALITIES ABOUT IT. Fact is Vince doesn’t date women, ever. He is in the closet and studios cant sell gay to middle America. She just wanted the tabloids off her back so they faked it all up after intense pressure. He was producing and they both knew would make extra money with this kind of publicity and she would finally get the box office hit she needed, after he last 3 films didn’t get the success they deserved.
