Sporty Spice Mel C is looking forward to celebrating her birthday on stage with the Spice Girls for the first time at London's 02 Arena this weekend. Mel - who turns 34 on Saturday, has never had her birthday fall on the same day as a concert before.
And her bandmates, Posh, Scary, Baby and Ginger are sure to mark Mel's birthday with something special.
Spice Girl fans are already writing a special book of messages for the star, who has celebrated in the past by going clubbing.
Mel revealed: "I'm really looking forward to the show because it's my birthday. I've never performed on my birthday before and I can't think of a better way to spend the evening."
Chisholm reckons this year's birthday celebrations are going to be the best ever - and she's having a great time performing with her bandmates and taking to the stage in Britain.
She wrote on her blog: "Although we all really needed some rest, we couldn't wait to get back on stage. The first show back was quite scary after not performing for a few days, but it was a blinder. In fact, the show has got even more exciting. We are having a ball and our audiences seem to be getting better and better."
Mel also praised fiery celebrity chef GORDON RAMSAY after enjoying a New Year feast in his flagship Lodnon restaurant, Claridges.
She wrote: "We got together for a New Year's Eve dinner at Gordon Ramsay's fabulous restaurant in Claridges. We got dressed up and had a great night"
