Take That looked more camp than re-vamp when old footage of them working out was revealed. The boys frolicked in skimpy shorts, snug trousers and tight vests when they appeared alongside TV fitness expert Lizzie Webb back in 1992.
The footage was dug out of the archives and re-shown on LK Today to celebrate 25 years of breakfast TV.
The band are currently enjoying fresh success after reforming, with the exception of Robbie Williams.
Former TV-am star Webb, often known as Mad Lizzie, presented daily exercise routines, often with the help of celebs.
Many of the songs she used to work out to went on to appear in the charts. More recently she has helped get the X Factor contestants into shape.
