Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is reportedly being sued by the woman she allegedly chased prior to her DUI arrest last July. The woman, Tracie Rice - mom of the 'Mean Girl' star's former assistant, claims Lindsay terrorized her in a high-speed car chase in Santa Monica and is taking legal action.
Legal papers claim Rice has spent $3,500 on therapy, $510 on medical expenses, $145 on a chiropractor and $2,000 in miscellaneous expenses incurred by her trauma.
She also claims that she lost her job as a result of the incident, and is seeking compensation against a salary of $60-$75,000 per annum.
