Lindsay Lohan suffered a setback against her battle with alcohol over the New Year - as she was seen swigging champagne from the bottle . But according to the 'Mean Girls' star's lawyer, she has got her sobriety back on track. "After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay stopped herself, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track," her lawyer, Blair Berk, told People.com.
"There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her 'one day at a time' with the entire world."
21-year-old Lindsay spent last summer in rehab in Utah and checked out in October.
She had traveled to the romantic island off the Amalfi Coast to receive an award at the 12th Annual Capri Hollywood International Film Festival.
