Kanye West has revealed a geeky addiction to board game 'Connect Four' when he's on tour.
The 'Stronger' star said on his latest blog entry on his official website: "When I was in Europe I would play this game (Connect Four) for hours and hours it helped me zone out. Everybody would get involved Derrick Dudley (Common's manager) and Consequence were the best other than me."
But the rap star admitted that he wasn't the Connect Four Champion.
He wrote: "Every now and then people would speak of this legendary Connect Four champion Beyonce! I had to play her! So last night at Jay's (Jay Z) new 40/40 club in Las Vegas she beat me 9 times in a row!
On the website, Kanye is pictured with Beyonce playing Connect Four.
Kanye,30, has been laying low since his mother, Donda died after a breast reduction/tummy tuck surgery disaster late last year.
However, the star celebrated New Years with a performance of 'The Good Life' at the opening of Jay Z Palm Springs Casino Resort club, 40/40 on New Years Eve.
A source at the event said that Kanye seemed in a more jubilant mood and was as 'energetic' as ever and 'smiling' throughout his performance.
Kanye West's latest album, 'Graduation' has sold nearly 2.5 million copies worldwide, and nearly 2 million in the US alone.
The hip-hop star is expected to clean up at the 2008 Grammy Awards, scheduled to take place February 10. He is nominated in 8 categories including best album of the year for 'Graduation.'
