Troubled Britney Spears is set to head back to court today to resume her fight for the right to see her kids. The popwreck's legal team have called an emergency hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court after she reportedly agreed to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
Britney has refused the test several times but is reportedly set to have it on condition she can see her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James.
She currently faces going at least a month without seeing them after her farcical attempt to attend a court hearing last week.
The next scheduled court hearing had been February 19.
The Toxic singer reportedly wants any evaluation to take place in a "medically theraputic setting".
But US sources say ex Kevin Federline's lawyers will insist on a standard court-approved evaluation.
Britney finally showed up on Monday for her disposition in the long-running custody battle.
