Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has denied drinking alcohol before her 2005 car crash, the 'Mean Girls' star stated in court documents submitted on Friday.
"I did not consume an alcoholic beverage or any type of medication or drug," she said, according to the Associated Press.
Raymundo Ortego, the driver of the car the 21-year-old Lohan hit, is suing the star and The Ivy, the restaurant he claims served her alcohol (Lindsay was then underage), to compensate for his injuries.
Lohan has countersued Ortego, blaming the crash on a report that he made an illegal u-turn.
Last week, it was confirmed by Us weekly, that Lohan is not paid to endorse Ariva lozenges, which suppress the desire to smoke.
Meanwhile, it has been claimed by Lindsay's ex-boyfriend, Riley Giles, that Lohan is a SEX ADDICT, he said: "Lindsay's definitely a nymphomaniac. She's wild in bed. We'd have sex a couple of times in the day and then go to it through the night.
"We once did it four times in a row straight. That was crazy. Lindsay was insatiable. She'd demand sex again and again. We'd go at it for hours. She'd have worn out most guys."
24-year-old Riley - an extreme sports professional, met 24-year-old Lohan while they were both receiving treatment for their drug addictions in the Cirque Lodge rehab center .
