We all thought Amy Winehouse was great pals with Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty - but it looks like cracks are starting to show their friendship.
Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper reports that Amy - whose husband Blake Fielder-Civil is locked up on remand in London's Pentonville prison for allegedly perverting the course of justice & assaulting a barman , has been moaning to pal Remi Nicole about Pete's "escape" from the law, while Blake is banged up.
The singer moaned that Blake, 25, had not been given the same countless opportunities to stay out of prison as Doherty.
Amy whinged to her support act Remi: "Why have they given Pete so many chances? It's not fair that my Blake is locked away. I thought they would give him bail, just like they do with Pete."
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Amy will appear in a Norway court to challenge her recent drugs conviction.
She was fined $720 for possession of cannabis in Bergen earlier this year.
But now, the troubled star - who's currently holidaying in the Caribbean with pals, claims she did not know what she was signing when she accepted the punishment.
Some countries refuse entry to anyone with a drug conviction, which would restrict Winehouse's ability to tour.
Bergen police said yesterday the singer would appear in court on February 29 to launch her appeal.
Their spokeswoman said: “If one appeals a conviction, it’s the rule that one has to appear in person.”
