Pregnant Nicole Richie has sold her luxury West Hollywood apartment for a cool $2.25 million. The reformed hellraiser has almost doubled her money on the 2,246-square-foot, two bedroom, 10th-floor unit in the Empire West building. She paid $1.18 million for it back in 2005.
Nicole and rocker boyfriend Joel Madden are expected to move into a $1.2 million town house bought for her as a surprise present by her adoptive dad, singer Lionel Richie.
The town house is in the Century City area of Los Angeles and was previously owned by NYPD Blue actor Dennis Franz.
But Nicole and Joel are also said to be looking at other properties in LA and downtown Manhattan.
