Grey's Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl has married musician Josh Kelley in a stunning sunset ceremony surrounded by snow. The 29-year-old 'Knocked Up' star tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend in Park City, Utah.
The private nuptials were held in tent decked out in white flowers and candles as snow fell outside.
The white wedding was attended by Heigl's Grey's Anatomy costars T.R. Knight, Sandra Oh and Kate Walsh.
Heigl walked down the aisle to an acoustic song written by her 27-year-old groom and performed by a cello and guitar players, according to U.S. magazine People.
The bride and groom wrote their own vows and the bridesmaids wore red.
The couple first met in 2005 when Heigl appeared in a video for Kelley's song "Only You."
Heigl had been preparing for the big day for weeks and admitted she was nervous as she fixed last minute details in Los Angeles last week. "You have a fantasy of this big day, this big moment and the sentimental aspect of it," the bride-to-be said.
"But I think at the end of the day, I find there is a different level for both of us to the relationship.
"It is important to honor our families and honor the tradition, to stand up in front of all of these people and say, 'It's you and me, and that's it for life.' I hope I can just chill out - but somebody might need to slap me!"
The star added that unlike the character she played in 'Knocked Up' she is looking forward to making babies. "I'm super excited to have a family," she said. "I've always wanted a family, a large family."
