Janice Dickinson has given away a rare glimpse of her behind the scenes life - saying she wears no makeup and watches black and white movies with her man. Ex-supermodel Janice, who has been dating Joe Kaplan for nine months, said she tried to hide her private life from the public eye. But she gave away a small snippet of what normal life is really like in the Dickinson household.
She said: "Joe and I, new relationship, nine months, we sit up at his house, there's no make-up, there's just only lots of black and white television, Turner Classic Movies and he plays guitar to me, we make lovely music together, we cook and he makes me ribs because he's from Texas.
"And I didn't want to share it with you or anybody else and I just did.
"It's just how I operate, my radar's always up.
"It's about women protecting themselves."
Janice also talked about how proud she is of her son Nathan Fields. She said: "He's British, he's very polite.
"I'm very proud of the fact that he has courtesy and I don't"
She also spoke of her time in the jungle for TV show I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here! and revealed how tough it was being disliked by the other contestants.
She said on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross: "Christopher (Biggins) is the queen of the jungle and I think the best man won.
"They were getting a little jealous because they weren't being voted for and they were talking badly about me and I was trying my very best to be liked but no one liked me because I'm American. It was tough for me.
"We're not as good as the Brits."
Speaking about her rivalry with PR guru Lynne Franks she said: "She wasn't easy. "We're both abrasive bitches, come on let's face it."
