Heather Mills, the former wife of Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney has reportedly been ordered to pay $4 million in court battles - or she will be taken to court. Heather - the former model it would weaken her position in the divorce settlement.
Mishcon de Reya and Heather parted ways following her decision to appear on several UK and US TV shows last month where she verbally attacked Paul.
The source added to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "Mishcon has drawn a line under its relationship with Heather. The thinking is that by going so public with a raft of accusations in that round of television interviews, Heather has ruined her chances of getting a reasonable settlement."
During the interviews on both US & UK television, Heather, 39, likened herself to the late Princess Diana, said she was suicidal, branded Paul's daughter Stella "evil" and claimed Paul had refused to give her a "quick and gentle" divorce."
