Ashley Jensen has revealed she thinks David Beckham's picture in the new Armani advert looks fake. The star of Ugly Betty said she was stunned by his toned torso in the latest adverts for the designer underwear. "It didn't look real. Do bodies like that exist in real life? To me it looked a little bit plastic," she said.
The Scottish actress also revealed she pretended to be an avid football fan, just so she could speak to her idol when he came on set to watch wife Victoria star in an episode of the hit American show. "David Beckham came on to the set of Ugly Betty and I pretended I cared about football," she said.
But although she was bowled over by his good looks, Ashley, 38, admitted she was turned off by his high-pitched voice. "He does have a tiny mouse voice for one who is such an adonis," she revealed on the Graham Norton Show.
