Pop mogul Simon Fuller made sure the Spice Girls know who's boss - but snagging the finest hotel rooms on the latest leg of their UK tour.
The multi-millionaire music mogul, who, according to Britain's Guardian Newspaper is worth an estimated $900m, booked into the posh Lowry Hotel ahead of the band's Manchester gigs - which kicked off last night at the MEN Arena - and demanded the $4,000-a-night Presidential Suite.
Victoria, Emma, Geri, along with Mel C and B, had to "make do" with the normal suites.
Altogether, 40 rooms were booked at the chic hotel for the band and their entourage.
A source revealed: "The girls are in their element on the tour but Simon didn't want anyone to forget who the top man really is."
