Britney Spears to undergo another custody hearing next month

Britney SpearsBritney Spears will have to wait over a month to hear if she will have the right to visit her children restored, it has been reported.

The Toxic singer will have to undergo another custody hearing on February 19 to determine if she can see sons Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1.

Several people, including members of the LAPD visited court today to give testimony in the latest custody hearing at the LA Superior Court.

Lisa Hacker, a parenting coach, Loni Jones, Kevin Federline's bodyguard and Pamela Strong, court monitor were all witnesses the night Britney broke down at her Beverly hills home and was hospitalized at Cedars Sinai Hospital - and they all gave their testimonies along with Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Kevin Federline was awarded sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1 after his lawyers called an emergency hearing on January 4.

Britney's monitored visitation rights were suspended "pending further order of the Court"

The emergency court hearing was scheduled at the last minute, just hours after Britney was rushed to hospital.

The Toxic singer was taken by ambulance to Cedars Sinai Hospital following a strange evening, where she held her sons hostage and was then detained by police, who suspected she was 'under the influence of an unknown substance'.

Kaplan visited Britney at her home - and went to the hospital after she was admitted.
