Troubled pop princess Britney Spears got friendly with some paparazzi photographes this weekend - but not her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. She even asked a photog if she could borrow his cellphone: "Can I borrow your phone for a second, I've fu*ked mine up," she exclaimed.
Another photographer then proceeded to ask the troubled Toxic singer: "Hey Britney, do you think Tom Cruise is crazy?"
Britney responded: "I think his little girl [Suri Cruise] is pretty"
Meanwhile, Britney has reportedly filed a restraining order against Finalpixx photographer Adnan Ghalib - according to American picture agency X17 - who claim the troubled pop princess invited two of their photographers into her home on Saturday night and showed them a copy of the order.
The document allegedly expresses anger and disappointment towards Ghalib for 'setting her up' in photographs that he and his agency FinalPixx have sold to newspapers and magazines.
The X17 snappers were apparently invited into Britney's Beverly Hills pad at around 2am on Sunday morning after the singer had been driving around with pal Sam Lufti.
The Toxic star said: "Come with me, let's have fun" and poured glasses of champagne for the photographers, called Roberto and Leandro.
She went outside on her patio to smoke cigarettes, put on some CDs - her own album and Amy Winehouse - and changed into jeans and a pink wig.
Apparently Britney, who was dancing and carrying one of her dogs around, nursed just half a glass of champers for the entire evening.
While the group were chatting, Lufti took a piece of paper from his pocket and said: "Look at this."
According to X17online.com, the paper was a restraining order filed by Britney against Ghalib.
The snappers eventually left the singer's pad at 6am.
Los Angeles Police Department said restraining orders were not a police matter and they could not confirm the report.
Calls to Los Angeles Superior Court and Finalpixx were not returned.
