Alan Carr got in trouble with the police for flashing members of the public while filming new show Celebrity Ding Dong. The Friday Night Project host asked passers-by to guess the name of the celebrity in a photograph attached to his genitals.
Carr was naked apart from an anorak, socks and shoes while filming Celebrity Face Flasher, one of the games in the Channel 4 show.
He said: "I had no clothes underneath but had a picture of a celebrity attached to my penis with Velcro.
"I had to jump out and flash people. They had to say who it was and describe it to the people at home.
"I know it's wrong but because I was so busy last year when we filmed it the only time they could do it was half-term so I was jumping out with a kid on a little tricycle going by. The police came over.
"The trouble was I couldn't get the Velcro off because it was stuck down there. I had to have a drink and yank it off.
"The thing is I drank loads that night and I woke up in bed feeling all sore down there thinking I'd been interfered with."
Carr admitted his dinner lady mum still worries about him being in the celebrity spotlight.
He said: "She's a bit worried. When I started getting on the TV she said 'don't you get involved in those threesomes'. I find it hard enough to find a twosome.
"She's always been the same. When I went to university she said 'don't you come back getting any girls pregnant'.
"Now she's like 'any girl, it doesn't matter. She can be a slut I don't care'."
Celebrity Ding Dong begins on Friday at 10pm.
