Cheryl Cole turns to Victoria Beckham for advice

Cheryl ColeHeartbroken Cheryl Cole has turned to fellow footballer's wife Victoria Beckham for advice on coping with reports her husband has cheated on her.

The 'Girls Aloud' star, 24, has been left "devastated" by claims her soccer star husband Ashley Cole  had unprotected sex with another woman.

But Victoria - whose whose marriage to LA Galaxy soccer star David Beckham was rocked by rumors he'd had an affair with his PA Rebecca Loos in 2004 - is doing her best to support her friend in her hour of need.

A source said: "Victoria was really upset when she heard what happened and wanted Cheryl to know she was there for her.

"The pair are good friends, and Posh went through exactly the same thing in 2004.

"She stuck by her man and got through it, and she just wanted to tell Cheryl that she could get through it too. While the claims against David were never proved, Ashley might have a tougher time clearing his name.

"Three girls have now claimed they've slept with Ashley, and Cheryl isn't going to let him get off lightly."

Cheryl initially stood by Ashley after 22-year-old hairdresser Aimee Walton revealed sordid details of her alleged one-night stand with the Chelsea player.

The pop beauty then fled the couple's marital home after two more women, Brooke Healy and Coralie Robinson, came forward with more sex allegations.

Avril Lavigne set to launch her own fragrance

Avril LavigneSinger Avril Lavigne is set to release her own range of perfume, bath soaps and shampoo, it has been revealed.

The "Sk8er Boi" star filed an application with the US Patent and Trademark Office last December, the first step to launching her own cosmetic range.

The 23-year-old rocker applied for a patent for: "Fragrances and perfumery, aftershave, pre-shave, bath oil, bath soap, shower gel, body shampoo, deodorant for personal use, tissues impregnated with cosmetic lotions, bath crystals, bath milks, dusting powder, body lotion, body splash, body cream, hand lotion and talc."

Lavigne - who's married to Sum 41 star Deryck Whibley, is the latest in a long line of celebrities to release their own fragrance.

Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Hilary Duff, Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani and Kate Moss have successfully created their own scents.

In 2006, celebrity fragrances were the fastest-growing segment of the $2.9 billion US perfume market.

Sales of Lopez's fragrances Glow and Live Luxe made her $77 million in 2006, while Victoria and David Beckham's his-and-hers 'Intimately Beckham' scents were among the most popular Christmas gifts last year.

Speaking about the perfume, Victoria said: "Why is this different from any other celebrity fragrance? The fact that I have spent a lot of time checking all the details. We are not just saying, 'We are celebrities, put our name on it.' I love to be involved with the whole process."

Coleen McLoughlin on a mission to get normal women on the catwalk

Coleen McLoughlinColeen McLoughlin has set out on a mission to get normal women on the catwalk.

The fiancee of Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney believes she can find real women to give professional models a run for their money.

Coleen has set out to find women to become the face of eight major brands including leading tights company Pretty Polly.

She will select a handful of girls from across the UK to compete against real models for the jobs.

Coleen said: "There are things I dislike about my body but there is no reason why other women can't have the opportunities that I've had.

"If I can get one of these companies to use a girl that isn't a typical model then I've achieved what I've set out to do.

"You don't have to be the typical supermodel type. I think as long as your happy you're healthy. I couldn't care less whether you are a size zero or size 18," she said on ITV2's Coleen's Real Women.

Sarah Jessica Parker to create a “Project Runway-type show for the art world”

Sarah Jessica ParkerSEX and The City star Sarah Jessica Parker and reality factory Magical Elves are reportedly teaming up to create a Project Runway-type show for the art world.

"Art is a much more inclusive world than people think," a spokesman for Magical Elves told Star Magazine. "We really feel there's a way to show people how much they care about art in the same way Runway showed people how much they care about clothes. That accessibility is why we think the show can work."

Parker - known for her role as Carrie Bradshaw on the HBO television series Sex and the City, will mostly stay behind the scenes as an exec producer on the art show - which will air on Bravo - though she may pop up on camera if it makes sense creatively, Cutforth said. Parker has previously appeared as a guest judge on an episode of Project Runway.

Britney Spears’ grandfather: “she shouldn’t go in the nut house”

Britney SpearsBritney Spears' grandfather fears medical treatment will make her WORSE - insisting: "She shouldn't go in the nut house."

The superstar's emergency medical intervention, in which she was rushed to hospital in an amazing police motorcade, was assumed to be Britney's family's prayers finally being answered.

But her grandfather, June Austin Spears insists many relatives fear it will make the star even crazier. "I don't know about Britney," the 77-year-old said. "I'm worried about her. She shouldn't go in the nut house.

"Sometimes you come out worse than you come in."

Spears, 26, has been classified as "G.D." - gravely disabled - which means she is unable to take care of her personal needs, such as food, clothing and shelter. The classification is one of the criteria for involuntary commitment.

While unhappy, Britney's grandfather acknowledges that the hospital stay is her family's attempts to finally make things right. "Her daddy and her brother Bryan had a lot to do with it," said the singer's grandfather.

"They want what's best for her."

Britney Spears’ therapist is “caring, compassionate and concerned”

Britney SpearsBritney Spears' shrink is a highly respected therapist known for her compassion, a former colleague claims.

"She's an excellent clinician and an excellent psychiatrist," says Harold Young, the clinical director at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, where Spears' psychiatrist Dr. Deborah Nadel worked for about five years.

Nadel graduated from University of California Medical School in San Francisco 18 years ago, and she did her residency at UCLA - where Spears currently is, records show.

Nadel, who recently began treating the 26-year-old pop wreck, had instigated Britney's second hospitalization in January, this time at UCLA Medical Center's psychiatric ward, for a 72-hour evaluation, sources tell America's People magazine.

Spears chose Nadel from a list of doctors recommended by her lawyers, a source says.

Young, who worked with Nadel about 12 years ago at the center – a non-profit agency that provides low-cost counseling to people in need – said Nadel is now on the staff at UCLA and is "well thought of in the therapeutic community."

"I think [Britney] is in somebody's hands who will be caring, concerned, compassionate and respectful," says Young.

The singer - who recently lost custody of her two children to ex-husband Kevin Federline, but is allowed a telephonic relationship with Sean Preston and Jaden James, has been classified as 'G.D.' - Gravely Disabled, according to reports.

It is alleged that sources at UCLA Medical Center in LA have diagnosed Spears with G.D. because she is unable to take care of her basic needs, like acquiring food, clothing or shelter.

If Spears has been classified as being G.D. that would mean she could be involuntarily committed to the medical center.

It is believed that several health care professionals have said Britney is in a "manic state" due to her bipolar disorder.

The Toxic star, 26, was reportedly arguing with mum, Lynne Spears, when she arrived at the UCLA Medical Center at around 2am.

It has been said that Britney accused her mother of sleeping with her boyfriend, and screamed in the hospital: "the only reason she's admitting me is because she wants to be alone with her boyfriend! She wants to sleep with my boyfriend!"

The latest saga of the Britney Spears tale took a new twist last night (31 January) as the distressed singer was rushed to an LA hospital on the orders of her new psychiatrist.

It has been reported that Britney's psychiatrist, who works out of UCLA Medical Center, visited her earlier in the evening, and was alarmed at her reckless driving and her conduct, and felt her condition had deteriorated.

It is alleged that he decided Britney needed to be hospitalized on a 5150 hold, which would mean she would be considered a danger to herself and others.

Cheryl Cole could get $8m by divorcing Ashley

Cheryl ColeHeartbroken Cheryl Cole has been told she could land a whopping $8m payout by divorcing her cheating husband Ashley Cole, it has been revealed.

The 'Girls Aloud' star has reportedly taken legal advice after the Chelsea and England star's infidelities were exposed last week.

The 24-year-old singer now accepts that Cole, who's believed to be worth around $20m, betrayed her - after at first defending him from the shock revelations.

A source close to the troubled couple, said: "She knows he has slept with other girls. That is no longer in question and she won’t be pretending he is innocent again.

"I can’t see her taking him back. He’s begging like a dog - and that is how she sees him.

"She has taken advice on divorce and it is now a very viable option. She’d be looking at about £4million ($8m)"

The devastated star has moved out of her and Ashley's home in Surrey to mull over her future with the footballer. A mystery woman reportedly turned up yesterday and loaded two large bags from the house into a car.

It was claimed yesterday that Cheryl - who is in the middle of filming her latest music video with Girls Aloud, hadn't eaten for a week - and  is now losing weight because she can only stomach fluids.

The source added to British newspaper The Sun: "She has suffered a complete emotional breakdown. Her family is absolutely furious with Ashley for what he has done to this beautiful young lady, who devoted herself totally to him."

Britney Spears accuses her mum of sleeping with her boyfriend

Britney Spears and Lynn SpearsBritney Spears showed the extent of her mental problems as she was admitted to hospital - by angrily accusing her MUM of sleeping with her boyfriend.

Insiders say that when she first went in she was "hurling profanities" at her parents and the staff of L.A.'s UCLA Medical Center.

But most amazingly she started screaming at her mum Lynne, accusing her of "sleeping with my boyfriend".

Although she did not say who she was referring to, Spears is currently dating Birmingham paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.

However it is not the first time the troubled star - currently getting emergency psychological help - has made such claims.

She has previously accused her mum of getting too close to Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline, using her delusions in part as a basis for her rift from her family.

Insiders told U.S. media that Britney said she was on Adderall, a stimulant used to treat Attention Deficit Disorder, when she was admitted.

And she also admitted to taking up to ten laxatives a day, having previously been caught buying laxatives on her regular shopping trips.
