Rebecca De MornayRisky Business star Rebecca De Mornay has pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge.

She was charged after being pulled over for a traffic violation  in Beverly Hilsl last October.

The actress did not appear in the Beverly Hills courthouse and instead entered the plea through her attorney Blair Berk, who also represented Lindsay Lohan in her drink drive case.

Superior Court Judge H. Chester Horn ordered De Mornay to complete a three-month program for DUI offenders, serve three years summary probation and pay $350 plus penalties.

Defense attorney Blair Berk entered the no contest plea on her client's behalf to one count of driving while having a 0.08 percent or higher blood- alcohol level, Gibbons said. A second DUI charge was dismissed as a result of the plea.

De Mornay, 48, was driving alone when she was pulled over for a traffic violation around 10.30pm October 30 2007 near Sunset Boulevard and Foothill Road, according to Beverly Hills police Lt. Tony Lee.

Officers 'immediately detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage' and gave the actress a series of field sobriety tests.

Police determined she was driving under the influence and arrested her, according to the lieutenant, who said her blood-alcohol level was 0.09 percent. The actress was cited and released from the Beverly Hills police station early the next morning.

DeMornay, who rose to fame opposite Tom Cruise in the movie Risky Business, has also appeared in such titles as The Hand That Rocks The Cradle, Backdraft, Lords of Dogtown and Wedding Crashers.
