Phil Collins' 18-year-old daughter Lily has landed a job on US TV.
Lily Collins has been hired to report on fashion and entertainment for children's television network, Nickelodeon.
The teenager will report from on the set of the channel's programmes, at movie premieres and awards shows, and from gigs and red carpet events. She is expected to interview some of Tinseltown's biggest stars in the new role.
Paula Kaplan, an executive vice president with the Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group, said: "Lily is a natural in front of the camera.
"She can think on her feet and is comfortable interviewing a wide range of people - from the biggest stars in Hollywood to the kid who just got slimed at the mall.
"As a rising young star herself, she's totally plugged into the latest entertainment and pop culture trends."
Britney Spears' 16-year-old pregnant sister stars on Nickelodeon sitcom, Zoey 101.
Rocker Phil's daughter was born in England. But she moved to Los Angeles in California with mum Jill Tavelman - his second wife - when she was six-years-old. She is currently studying broadcast journalism at the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication.
Lily was reportedly hired as a model by Tommy Hilfiger less than 24 hours after the designer spotted her at New York's JFK airport. She also signed on to serve as the host of daily 30-second updates created to keep "tweens" up-to-date on music, movie, fashion and celebrity news and will contribute reports to the weekend "TEENick" shows.
