Harry Potter hunk Daniel Radcliffe has shelled out a whopping $4.9m on his second New York apartment, it has been revealed. The 18-year-old actor - who already owns a two-bedroom $4.3 million home in Manhattan - has now purchased a three-bedroom, 2,450-square-foot property in the cosmopolitan city.
Daniel, who is worth an estimated $6m, plans to live in the apartment when he starts his Broadway run in 'Equus' in September.
The property faces the Hudson River and boasts a stunning view of New York Harbor.
In 2007, Radcliffe paid a reported $4.3 million for a New York penthouse located on the fifth floor of a 13 story block in Manhattan's exclusive SoHo district, which he planned to rent out for $20,000-a-month.
