Heather Mills’ former lawyers to sue her for $4m

Things seems to be going from bad to worse for Heather Mills - after her former lawyers, Mishcon de Reya, announced plans to sue her to the tune of $4m in unpaid legal fees.

Heather - who celebrated her 40th birthday last month, split from her legal team in November last year, after she made a series of bizarre rants on US and UK TV after they had specifically told her not to.

Now the London-based firm, which represented Princess Diana in her divorce from Prince Charles, is determined to recoup its money.

Mishcon de Reya declined to comment.

We reported yesterday that Heather will grill the 65-year-old music legend during their High Court hearing next week.

"Heather couldn’t grill a hamburger. She’s nuts, uneducated, and sticks her foot in her mouth constantly," said one Showbiz Spy reader yesterday.

"She has tried to turn her bad reputation around constantly and constantly makes it worse, this will be no different. I hope she gets what she deserves which is nothing. More importantly I hope Beatrice is give to her father for her own protection."
