Farrah Fawcett's son Redmond O'Neal has been busted for DUI and drug possession. It is the second time Redmond, 23, son of actor Ryan O'Neal, has been arrested on drugs charges. News of his latest arrest on January 26 comes just days after mum Farrah announced she has beaten cancer for the second time in two years.
According to Los Angeles Sheriffs, Redmond was pulled over at around 3:20 AM, for speeding on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Cops arrested him for DUI, felony possession of heroin and methamphetamine. He was released on $10,000 bail. No court date has yet been set in the case.
Redmond previously pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and methamphetamine in 2005 and - according to sources close to the youngster - he has been in rehab a dozen times.
Charlie's Angels star Farrah underwent experimental treatment at a German clinic to rid her of her latest tumor.
Fawcett was first diagnosed with anal cancer in September 2006. The star was then declared cancer-free in February 2007, but doctors found new cancer cells just three months later. Now the star is once again in remission.
