Britney Spears wins back visitation rights to see her sons

Britney SpearsTroubled Britney Spears will get to see her sons again "very, very soon" after winning back visitation rights.

Lawyers have thrashed out a deal for the popwreck to have access to Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, in a "therapeutic setting". But there are strict conditions and her dad Jamie and her psychiatrist must be present.

The judge in Britney's custody battle with ex Kevin Federline is understood to have signed off the agreement. Both sides reportedly spent more than a week working on the deal.

K-Fed is said to be happy to let Britney see their boys again. His attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said: "Obviously this wouldn't have happened if Jamie Spears wasn't involved but there's much more to it than those two people being present.

"We have put in lots of specific terms, conditions and protections in place that go far beyond those two people being present."

He said he expected Britney will get to see her boys "very, very soon."

The fallen pop princess last saw her sons on January 3 when she was rushed to hospital for a psychological evaluation. Her visitation rights were suspended not long afterwards. Less than a month later she was involuntarily committed for 10 days to UCLA Medical Center.

Britney was ordered by a court to give up custody to K-Fed in October. The ruling came after claims by her ex-bodguard she used drugs and was a danger to her children.

Commissioner Scott Gordon had previously declared Britney is a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of drugs and alcohol.
