
Ronson - who worked on Amy's hugely successful 'Back to Black' album, split from long-term American lover Cosi Theodoli-Braschi - and is grateful of Amy's support.
He said: "It's sad times for me at the moment. I was dating my girlfriend for three years but we split up.
"I'm lucky I have good friends. Amy has been brilliant and is always there for me - and I'm there for her too."
But Mark, 32, wants to make it absolutely clear he's not having an affair with married Winehouse, 24, after he was accused of spending the night with the troubled 'Rehab' star after they were photographed leaving West London's K West hotel together in the middle of the night. "I am sick of talking about it. Amy is a friend," he said at the time.
Mark - who's set to perform hit single 'Valerie' with Amy at the Brits, added: "It's all about the Brits now. I have a fantastic performance lined up with a lot of surprises."
