Kevin Federline offered $200,000 for interview

Kevin FederlineKevin Federline has been offered $200,000 for an interview - and is seriously considering it, sources close to Britney Spears' ex-husband have revealed.

"Of course, he's [also] been offered as much as a half million dollars for an interview," said the source. "But he'd have to talk about Britney."

Kevin, however, says talk of the troubled pop princess is strictly off-limits. "But it doesn't matter, he can still make some money without talking about Britney," the pal tells E! News.

Instead of talking about his pop wreck ex-wife, K-Fed, 29, will apparently talk about his "acting career" & his "struggle" as a singer father, says the source.  "He wants to talk about his acting, which he wants to do more of.

"And about his music producing, which he's still into."

"He can talk about fatherhood, without going into all the stuff with Britney.

"He can talk about everything else, just not his ex-wife directly."

The source refused to disclose which "major cable network" has put up the cash - but Federline may be waiting to see if he can drum up a competing offer, according to another source close to the negotiations.

Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, and manager, Dan Dymtrow, are reportedly helping him set up the deal, which first came up three weeks ago. "True, $200,000 is a lot of money," the insider said. "But believe it or not, there could be people willing to pay even more."
