Hugh Grant has been hunting for a Paris love nest with his ex-girlfriend Jemima Khan, it has been claimed. The pair - whose 3-year romance ended last February - reportedly met in the 'City of Love' last week, where Jemima viewed a few properties in the trendy Left Bank area.
A source told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "They were in touch with a number of upmarket estate agencies and they showed an interest in one of two properties in the center of town.
"Money was no object, of course, although privacy and security were paramount."
Earlier this week, friends insisted that Hugh, 47, had not rekindled his romance with Jemima - and it was only coincidence they were in Paris at the same time. Jemima was shooting a perfume campaign for Azzaro, while Hugh was meeting a film director.
However, sources close to the 'Love Actually' actor insist he is desperate to spend the rest of his life with Jemima.
A friend said: "Hugh has admitted he really messed up with Jemima. He has spent months regretting their break-up. At the time he didn't want stability and marriage but now he is sure that is what he wants, and he wants it with Jemima.
"Jemima has been having fun but she never really got over the split with Hugh. She wants to marry and settle down."
