Heather Mills told to destroy all records of Paul McCartney’s finances

Heather MillsHeather Mills has reportedly agreed to destroy all records she keeps of Paul McCartney's finances.

Heather, dubbed Lady Mucca due to her porn past, has put together a thick dossier of the former Beatles' estimated $1.6bn fortune to support her divorce settlement claim - including details of his earnings from royalties as well as his property and art portfolios

But Paul's legal team - including Fiona Shackleton - who represented Prince Charles in his divorce from Princess Diana, is determined to ensure the information does not leak and have insisted it be shredded. A source said: "It's highly sensitive information that must remain private at all costs."

Mills, 40, is believed to have accepted their demands - and has also agreed to destroy all video and audio evidence relating to the four-year marriage. She claims to have a tape of Sir Paul allegedly confessing to hitting late wife Linda.

Heather has been representing herself in court after ditching her legal team late last year - but it is thought to have been taking advice from leading Los Angeles lawyer Michael Shilub.

In a testimonial on the entertainment lawyer's website, Heather says: "Michael Shilub has represented me in connection with a wide range of issues.

"He has proven himself to be a wonderful resource for legal counsel and guidance. In short, he possesses a fantastic intelligence, wit and wisdom."

Shilub, 52, arrived in the UK last week and has been spotted with Heather at court. He previously gave evidence in the trial of a photographer convicted of assaulting her.

The estranged couple are due back in court this morning. It's expected to be their final day in court. It has been widely reported that Heather will walk away with around $110m.
