Heather Mills put her stresses behind her as she headed to Disneyland Paris with her 4-year-old daughter Beatrice this weekend.
Heather, the estranged wife of Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, took delighted Bea on a three-day break to the resort as she eagerly awaits the High Court judge's decision to see how much of Macca's estimated $1.6billion fortune she is entitled to.
The former model, 40, accompanied by a female pal and bodyguard, reportedly shelled out more than $8,000 for the mini-holiday after a grueling two-week divorce-cash battle in London's High Court. Camcorder in hand, she queued with Bea for ice creams and a carousel ride before stepping into the resort's Fantasy Land to play in the arcades.
Heather has been told she could net $120million from Sir Paul, 65, when Mr. Justice Bennett rules on her pay-out in the next few weeks.
A source said: "She knows she's in for a big award, but in the meantime she just wanted to show Beatrice she's still her main priority."
Meanwhile, Paul and Heather are set for a new court battle over Beatrice's trust fund, after Paul decided to ask Stella, Beatrice's half-sister, to sit on the board of trustees who will look after the four-year-old's future.
Heather, who is sworn enemies with fashion designer Stella, Paul's 36-year-old daughter with his late wife Linda, was allegedly livid when she heard of the plans, screaming: "Keep that woman away from my daughter and my life."
A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "Heather wants none of it and has told Paul in no uncertain terms that she will fight any role Stella has in Bea's life to the bitter end, even if that means taking it to court."
