Oscar-winner Tilda Swinton joked her 'Michael Clayton' co-star George Clooney still secretly wears his old Batman suit as she received her Best Supporting Actress award.
The Brit actress paid tribute to Clooney but claimed he always keeps his superhero outfit from 'Batman & Robin' on under his clothes.
Hunky George - a box office flop as the Caped Crusader back in 1997 - laughed along in the audience as Tilda told how he even hangs upside down in the batsuit.
She said: "George Clooney, the seriousness and dedication to your art, seeing you climb into that rubber batsuit - the one from 'Batman & Robin' with the nipples - every morning under your costume on the set, off the set. Hanging upside down at lunch.
"You rock man."
Tilda, who had never even watched the Oscars before, attended the awards with her toyboy lover Sandro Kopp.
Sandro, 29, was sat next to the 47-year-old while her long-term partner John Byrne, 67, and children stayed at home in Scotland. But Tilda did not look at or kiss him after being announced as the winner. And she said she would be giving her award to her agent Brian Swardstrom, claiming the Oscar's buttocks remind her of him.
She said:"I have an American agent who is the spitting image of this.
"Really, truly, the same shaped head and it has to be said, the buttocks.
"I'm giving this to him because there is no way I would be in America at all, even on a plane, if it wasn't for him.
"So Brian Swardstrom, I'm giving this to you."
