Gary Lineker plans to live with new girlfriend

Gary LinekerMATCH OF THE DAY host Gary Lineker and new girlfriend, Danielle Bux, are considering moving in together after a globe-trotting six-month romance.

The couple, who have enjoyed holidays in Miami, Rome, Vienna and Barbados, looked very much in love as they strolled along an isolated beach in the Caribbean.

Then Danielle, sporting a skimpy black bikini, wrapped her arms around football's 'Mr Nice Guy' as they took a dip in the sea before heading back to their secluded holiday villa.

A close friend of the couple said: "Their relationship has developed very seriously and they've become inseparable. They are seriously discussing setting up home together. They are very, very happy."

Danielle, 28, a Welsh-born former air hostess, is 47-year-old Lineker's first serious relationship since he split up from his wife Michelle in 2006. Friends of Lineker have claimed the model, who has a five-year-old daughter, is 'the real deal' for him.

And it seems that life is looking pretty rosy for the former England captain. BBC Sport have already decided he will be one of the main presenters of their London 2012 Olympics coverage.

Lineker recently signed a new five-year contract with the Beeb that includes him working on live football, Match Of The Day highlights, Open and Masters golf, as well as the London Games, the most important sports outside broadcast in the Corporation's history.

The deal, worth around $4million-a-year, keeps him at the BBC despite them losing their live England and FA Cup rights next season and confirms his position as their No 1 sports presenter, following the departure of Steve Rider to ITV.

Lineker's 20-year marriage ended in divorce in 2006. A judge accepted that the couple's relationship had irretrievably broken down because of his 'unreasonable behaviour'.

They separated that April, when Michelle moved out of their Pounds two million mansion in Berkshire. Michelle later returned to live at the family home with the couple's four sons George, Harry, Tobias, and Angus.

Lineker, said to be worth around $60million, is thought to have found a new home in the area, so he can be close to his sons.
