Britney Spears ‘drugged by Sam Lutfi’

Britney SpearsSick pop princess Britney Spears was drugged by her pal Sam Lutfi, a shocking restraining order against her self-confessed 'manager' claims.

The singer's mother Lynn alleges Lutfi crushes up Britney's medication and puts it in her food and "gave Britney something to make her more light-hearted" during one of their visits.

Lutfi, 33, apparently told Lynn Spears the Toxic star would kill herself if he wasn't there to administer her pills. "If you try to get rid of me she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave," he said, according to the singer's mother.

The sensational events have been reported in a temporary restraining order filed against Lutfi by Britney's mother and her father Jamie.

The order, dated February 1 this year, instructs the 'manager' to stay at least 250 yards away from the singer, her cars, her children's school, her home, UCLA Medical Center, her parents' homes, and her siblings' homes.

It also orders him not to harass or contact Britney, or try and find out where she is. "If you do not obey these orders you can be arrested and charged with a crime. And you may have to go to jail, pay a fine of up to $1,000 or both," the LA Superior Court documents state.

The most shocking part of the legal documents is a declaration filed by Lynn Spears after she visited her daughter at her Beverly Hills home on January 28. Lynn claims she went to see Britney with a friend called Jackie after hearing news reports that she was in tears following a fight with Lutfi.

According to the statement, when Lutfi heard Britney's mother was on her way he did everything he could to make sure she was not in the house. He apparently told Britney her parents were coming to perform an intervention and gave a photographer the keys to one of her cars so he could get her out of the way.

When Lynn arrived and Britney finally returned home Lutfi allegedly told Lynn she must follow his instructions.

According to the court documents he said: "I'm the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can't leave.

"You people throw everyone under the bus. If you don't listen to me I'm going to make your name sh*t in the papers."

The alleged events unfolded on the night Britney was committed into a psychiatric ward of UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

According to the court papers, during an argument with Britney Lutfi had slammed her parenting abilities and her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.

"Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids," Lynn's declaration states.

Lynn also claims Lutfi told her Adnan was "gay" and then Britney came into the room asking "Is Adnan gay?"

The restraining order says: "Mr Lutfi has essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances."

It continues: "Mr Lutfi drugged Britney. He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers.

"He yells at her, he claims to control everything - Britney's business manager, her attorneys and the security guards at the gate.

"Immediate relief is necessary to avoid the risk of physical harm to Britney by Mr Lutfi and to allow her to undergo necessary medical treatment without interference."

Lynn Spears said she was concerned about her daughter's behaviour when she eventually returned home. After she asked whether Adnan was gay, she "became very agitated and could not stop moving".

"She cleaned the house. She changed her clothes many times. She also changed her three dogs' clothes many times," Lynn said. "Britney spoke to me in a tone and with the level of understanding of a very young girl.

"Britney then picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us: 'What does insomnia mean?' Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake."

Lynn continued: "Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdol and Seroquel.

"He told us that he put them in her food and that was the reason she had been quiet for the last three days.

"He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain."

Lutfi then apparently tried to get Lynn, Britney and Jackie to do tequila shots and raise a toast with wine - but they refused.

According to Lynn he seemed to be crushing something on the counter before telling Britney to go upstairs. When the singer came back down she seemed "agitated" and said she wanted to go to Rite Aid to buy lipstick. "He [Lutfi] told me that he gave Britney something (when they were upstairs) to make her more light-hearted, happy and fun," Lynn's declaration states.

Lynn said she accompanied her daughter to Rite Aid and said Britney seemed "out of it".

Later in the evening Lutfi allegedly told Lynn he was the one who receives Britney's checks and that she would kill herself if he wasn't there to give her her medicine.

Lynn claims the 'manager' also hides her daughters phones and her dog London - and then brings the animal out and acts like Britney's savior. "Sam told me 'You'd better learn that I control everything'," Lynn Spears said in her declaration.

When Britney asked Lutfi how she could get to see her "babies", he apparently told her to take the pills he instructs her to take. "If I told you to take 10 pills a day, you should do what I tell you to see your babies," he allegedly said.

When Lutfi apparently suggested that Britney get back together with Kevin Federline, she replied: "I'll do anything to get them back."

At 4am, when Lynn Spears wanted to leave, Lutfi allegedly blocked her car in and she threatened to call Britney's father. According to the court documents, the singer said: "I want my Daddy up here."

After speaking to Jamie Spears on the phone, Britney arranged to see him the following day. When he arrived and gave her a big hug she apparently burst into tears.

Later that day, Jackie apparently received a text message from Lutfi, which read: "Thanks for telling Jamie all your Bull Sh*t. He just hit me. Now you guys did your deed. Much accomplished. Good job."

The next day - January 30 - cops and paramedics arrived to take Britney to hospital. A court hearing regarding Lutfi's restraining order has been scheduled for February 22nd.

Meanwhile, Lutfi has shrugged off the restraining order issued against him. "It won't last," he told one US magazine shortly after a court ordered the troubled singer have no further contact - including phone calls or emails - with him.

And when asked about Britney's parents, Jamie and Lynne, he said: "They're never gonna be able to rule her forever."
