Rocker Pete Doherty has been accused of stealing lyrics from someone else's song.
The 'Babyshambles' frontman is facing a storm over a track on the band's latest album Shotters Nation.
According to reports, lyrics on the track 'Baddie's Boogie' are similar to some written by punk poet Nick Toczeks.
On the track, Doherty, 28, sings “A lousy life for a washed-up wife of a permanently plastered, p****d up b*****d.”
But a similar (almost identical) lyric is in Toczeks' song 'Stiff With A Quiff.
According to British newspaper The Sun, Pete and Nick have never met and theres no credit for Nick on the album - and he [Nick] only knew about the lyrical similarity when he heard the released record.
