Lindsay Lohan's jailbird dad is set to play the father of Jesus in a nativity play. Michael Lohan will star as Joseph in the one-off show in New York tonight.
A source said: "It's an unusual role but he's poking fun at himself. "It's all very tongue in cheek."
The show was due to take place in New York's Times Square. US preacher Paula White was also expected to take part.
Former stockbroker Lohan, who served 25 months in jail for drunk driving and assault, was reunited with his actress daughter earlier this year while she was in rehab.
It came after he divorced Lindsay's mum, Dina Lohan. He says he found God while behind bars.
