Christina Aguilera has released her personal footage from her wedding to celebrate the birth of her first child. Aguilera, 27, gave birth to son Max Liron Bratman on Saturday night - with the name later reported to be Hebrew for "My Greatest Song".
Less than 24 hours Aguilera's website was celebrating the birth - with blue balloons for his name, birth-date, weight and the biggest saying: "It's a boy!"
Christina then made a moving video for one of her most personal songs, 'Save Me From Myself', with footage from her wedding.
Christina wrote to fans: "Today is a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I as we welcome our first son into this world.
"In honor of our love for each other and our growing family, I have put together a special video for the song
"Save Me From Myself" off my Back to Basics album. "This video is very dear to me as it includes actual footage from our personal wedding video!
"Just a little something to say 'thank you' for your undying love and support. "It is in no small part because of you that I live such a blessed and wonderful life!
"Please download and enjoy.
"With all my love, Christina."
Websites all day Saturday claimed that Christina had given birth Friday, ironically in the same hospital as Nicole Richie had her first child at the same time. But it emerged everyone had jumped the gun and little Max Liron was not actually born until Saturday night at 10:05pm. Max was 6 lbs. 2 oz. and 20.5 inches long.
"Christina and Jordan are proud to announce the birth of their son Max Liron Bratman. He is a beautiful, healthy baby boy!" a spokesperson for the couple tells PEOPLE. "Mum is resting and doing well!"
According to various internet reports, the name Liron means "My song" in Hebrew and Max means "The Greatest" - meaning the singer named her son her "greatest song".
The singer's husband, music man Jordan, is Jewish and she has a tattoo on her arm in Hebrew.
