Britney Spears British paparazzo boyfriend is finding life tough on the other side of the lens. Birmingham-born snapper Adnan Ghalib threw a wobbler yesterday - demanding respect from his former colleagues - as he took the Toxic singer out for lunch in Los Angeles.
Adnan, 35, started the day by fuming at photographers who were waiting for him outside his house.
"He came out spitting bullets and started demanding respect," said a lens man. He said he had seen people hiding in bushes by his house and told them they had better stop or they'd be sorry.
"Adnan said if he wasn't given some privacy with Britney then he would make sure none of the group got any pictures.
"The snappers were all laughing their heads off at him - after all this is the man who stalked Britney for years."
After picking Britney up from her home the pair then headed out together. Followed by thirty of Ghalib's former photographer friends, the pair made a quick stop at a pharmacy where they were surrounded by a hail of flash bulbs.
"After that they headed to the San Fernando valley for lunch," said a source. "Neither of them looked very happy."
After finishing their meal at Mexican restaurant 'Gaucho Grill' Adnan once again lost his temper as the couple tried to visit some clothing stores.
"Adnan was complaining about them not having enough room as they left the restaurant and he pushed photographers back as they tried to get to their car."
The couple later sped off to the sanctuary of Britney's home pursued by a convoy of cars.
